Ventajas
They assign you students automatically. They provide ample training resources to improve your skills. Your lesson plans are provided, along with suggested teaching prompts for most lessons that you can follow along with during class.
Desventajas
Some classes don't have the suggested teaching prompts, or they randomly just don't show up during a class. If you prepare ahead of time though, you can still see the suggestions in the preview slides before the class starts. I've been employed for over 1.5yrs, and had never had a pay issue until this week. They are 10 days late sending my pay. I sent an email, and am waiting to hear back about the delay.
