Ventajas

Decent wages, and 50% payment for Scheduled Classes that are not Booked! Very few on-line companies offer such (especially for those on a 6 month Contract, from Day 1. Excellent Support and advice from Fellow Teachers and DadaABC staff on Facebook Group 'DaDaABC Teaching Fun' and 'DaDaABC Rookies Go! Very few 'On-Line Teaching' companies have such Blogs'. There is also a CNY2,000 December Bonus! I like the fact, that Scheduled Classes, can be set to fit in with one's other commitments, with a minimum of 2 Days and 2 hours per day (non-consecutive). One is free, to work for other companies also (some On-Line Teaching Companies have an anti-competition clause in the Contract).

Desventajas

I am only in my 2nd week of Teaching for DadaABC, and my Schedule seems to change a lot. I like to prepare for the Classes by Previewing the Courseware and taking Notes and even Screen Shot pictures of the material. Then just prior to that Class, it might have changed to 2 x Trail Classes! Not much time to preview these and just 2 minutes to the next Trial Class. Hopefully, this will change after I gain more experience and build up more RS (Regular Students with regular schedules.
