There's plenty of opportunities to grow within the company, and you're always given the freedom to try different things to both make the company better, and grow professionally and personally as an individual. The vision of the company, and the CEO is very inspiring, and given how much potential the company has and the trajectory it's on, it's an exciting place to work at and it's a place where your work will help make the world a better place in the very near future.

As a start-up on a high growth trajectory, there are multiple projects to work on, and while I personally think that it's a positive thing, it can be a challenge initially if you're not used to managing multiple priorities.
