Ventajas
It's a biotech, doing good for the world. It's cool technology, we're combining chemistry, biology, mechanical / electrical engineering... It gives me (but not all people) freedom to perform my duties.
Desventajas
Leadership: need to hire people with experience instead of letting juniors run the company (10 years in the same company =/= 2 years at 5 different companies in terms of experience gained). This is valid for CEO, CTO, etc...
