      Experience in caregiving and making connections with the residents.

      Desventajas

      Most of the employees and all of management couldn't care less for these residents. Management is disrespectful and lazy.

      Allowing someone who didn’t know to do my job to become manager over me.

      Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

      Desventajas

      Some staff members call out a lot which makes it hard for more reliable members but management is working on it.
