- I left this company because of manager's behavior. Being a senior developer I used to report to someone below hierarchy, thanks to the manager's political skills. Manager is used to micro manage everything. You have to work hard and also have to listen from the manager which is frustrating. The manager is used to compare one developer's task with other developers while these managers are completely non-technical. - The manager is having biased behavior towards employees. The employee who closed to the manager does not work on anything for months while the hardworking employees being pressurized to work rigorously even for those favorite employee's work. At the end, these favorite/bootlicker employees having good growth sitting idle for couple of months while hard working employee is having average or little growth. - The managerial application form is quite useless. If you have written something honestly, then forget about the appraisal as the manager will get to know it anyhow from higher management. - I think the appraisal review, ratings has already been done before appraisal meeting. - I have learned a life lesson here, if you do not have any value in the team, then don't try to prove your worth by working hard as only the favorite people have growth here who are close to the manager. you will never be recognized, no matter how much you work or got appreciation from the client. Instead, just leave the company and try to prove your worth somewhere else. - 8 hour on floor which does not include canteen timings. Laptop not provided to employees. we have to arrange our own laptop. No internet charges provided to employee. Leave policy is not good and less leaves. In covid time, the policies are not good. - For bench employees, company try to micro manage and track the time spent on pc by some software application. This is based on personal experience which can vary in other teams.
