Good for fresher. Open culture It help you to groom technically and professionally. Good technical growth only for freshers.
Desventajas
Some people at high post are not standard as per their level. Increment not based on performance. Very less development actual work. Mostly QA and maintance work. No compoff for working late. Even if your PM approves the same, some Delivery Manager's give false promises for compoffs. Admin Policies are worst, if you have to stay late for project work then you will get Rs 50/- only as food allowance. That too requires 2-3 approvals. Less onsite opportunities. Bad working hour system. Even if you don't have any project you need to sit at your desk for 8 hours. No one can help you if you are stuck in some bad project i.e. in any less techie project. High Attrition rate, because laterals get more salary then the internal people. Some recent laterals hires are pathetic in terms of technical knowledge and there attitude.
