Ventajas
-The pay isn't too bad. It's a set 11.5/hr and you're going to find worse pay for more stress in other customer service positions. -Flexible days -Same day call-offs are acceptable, though you should give as much notice as possible -Supervisors were reasonable accommodating if I had an issue affecting my work -If you meet sell enough/meet your quota enough, you get a $40 bonus. Very hard to earn.
Desventajas
-Almost no room for growth. No raises and chances for promotion are slim. -Hours aren't really flexible. There are set times you have to start and a standard shift is 6 hours plus lunch. -Motivation may wane after a few months. -The office I worked for attempted to scare us to encourage sales. Free samples will always be apart of Costco. There are many ways you help other than direct sales for the day. -Products may have seemingly unreasonable quotas and while you may not get in trouble for not meeting them it can affect your numbers and you'll receive less shifts. -No one higher than my manager ever reached out to me and I never heard directly from HR even after filing a formal complaint.
