Ventajas
Good building infrastructure. Can get to learn a lot only if you are a part of COE team in Hyderabad (not applicable for Mumbai employees).
Desventajas
No process is followed when undertaking a project. No internal coordination happens between teams and there is no one to take accountability of a crisis situation in this company. Higher management is pathetic,specially the HR team is the worst I have seen in my life. They never answer your queries properly and always make some or the other excuses. Employees working in Mumbai are the worst sufferers in this company. As there is no HR in Mumbai, all the coordination happens through Hyderabad. The HR over there never picks up a call. Managers always are behind our back to get the work done even if you have work 12-14 hrs a day. Work-Life balance is pathetic in this company. First of all they dont provide any quality training and make the new joinees work by themselves without anby help from the managers or team members. No job security in this company. If you commit a small mistake you are thrown out of this company. This has happened in front of me couple of times.
