Ventajas
Great people, they do have good intentions but some approaches dont help you with your productivity.
Desventajas
I'm not sure if it has changed, but we had only XX hours to work on a ticket that was defined BEFORE letting you know about the ticket, where you had no idea of what you'd need to do at that point, then you'd see you needed more time because it was not estimated by you and you had to ASK for more time and NOT work on it anymore until getting approval, slowing you down a lot and making you feel stupid by always having to ask for more time, sounding like you were not good, which made me feel HORRIBLE.
I used to work late by myself because I didnt want to ask for more hours every time as to not sound like an idiot, getting stuck waiting for approval.
Too many calls about random stuff, I've had weeks with 2-3 calls days per day and some of them were long with a short interval where you just couldn't be productive during the interval.
I've also had a very sad experience that I wont be able to mention here but I really hope that's only me.
