Ventajas
Try as I may I am finding it very difficult to find any pro's with regards this money making/grant savvy/cheap and nasty little set up other than to say I have worked with some very dedicated and caring front line support staff who, quite frankly, put the inexperienced, bullying, and back biting management to shame.
Desventajas
After working for creative Support for a while one realises that the whole set up is all about putting in the cheapest bid to provide caring services for various local councils and then proceed to provide a poorly co-ordinated, under staffed and resourced bare bones minimum service to a largely inarticulate and vulnerable client group. Also having to endure watching patronising "Talent Night" YouTube productions which quite frankly do little to promote honest talent.
