Ventajas

They give you your space and don't micromanage you. You are building your own book of business that you can take with you wherever you go or sell when you retire. The owners give weekly trainings that provide useful insight on the different aspects of financial planning. You have over 100 agents you can work with to close business. Great health insurance and benefits plan.

Desventajas

You have to figure out who to work with that will be most beneficial to get the job done (when you are new) Commission only, except like $400 for 10 weeks.

Ventajas

Creative Financial Network is the perfect place to work for a young professional just starting in the Insurance industry who is looking to build a fantastic base from which to launch their career. The culture is incredible and inviting.

Desventajas

It is a full-commission position so if you have a large overhead, you may need to supplement your income with a part-time job until the business truly picks up for you.

Ventajas

Virtual work Training resources online Team setting where members supported each other When* you do make sales, the pay is good Benefits are pretty good and there is a wide range of them

Desventajas

No base pay, only commission. I'd advise you to have a side job of sorts for the slower seasons because the money won't be consistent. NO work life balance because you're using so much time to call, prospect, talk to random strangers about insurance, etc. to make sales.
