Ventajas
During my two-month internship at Creative Capsule, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of fellow interns. This experience was both enjoyable and enriching, as we supported each other in learning and skill development. The company's commitment to fostering a culture of open communication and continuous learning greatly facilitated our collaboration and personal growth. Their support and resources enabled us to work effectively as a team, making the internship particularly rewarding.
Desventajas
One challenge I faced during my internship at Creative Capsule was limited interaction with full-time employees, as they were understandably focused on their tasks and responsibilities. This made it difficult at times to seek direct guidance from them. However, the company addressed this by assigning us a dedicated mentor, who was extremely helpful and ensured we had the support we needed to learn and grow throughout the internship.
