Ventajas
The people in the company who you work with are really nice. They are all friendly and maintain a good environment in the company.
Desventajas
Firstly, the 5 star ratings that these guys are getting are by these guys themselves. Nobody in the company thought that it deserved even one star.
There are plenty. To start with,
1. No work life balance.
2. No proper rules or regulations have been set up.
3. Work pressure is too high, they expect you to work on multiple projects. A lot of their team members left the company and so they give their work to you, it gets really hectic.
4. Holidays are way to less. They start cutting from your salary almost instantly.
5. No overtimes given, although you'll end up staying late a lot. No one will acknowledge that and you'll have to come to office again at time the next day.
6. Salary is pretty low and a lot of times gets delayed.
