Great company!: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Senior Technical Recruiter en Craftlogic Software

I've worked at Craftlogic for 11 years now and I've worked as both a software developer and now as director of recruiting. I love not being micromanaged and allowed to do my job the way I know it should be done. I never thought that as a software developer that I'd like recruiting IT people, but I do! I still get involved in software projects but I like people and talking to IT people.

I have nothing negative to say about the company at this time.

I was on a 6-month W2 contract with Craftlogic which was extended to just over a year. I got to work on 2 different projects both using .NET, C# and one using Xamarin. Both projects were well planned, both had a team lead and an architect involved, and the project was completed, though one was a couple of weeks late due to some software change requests.

None really. I guess the only one would be I wish I got a perm position. They were trying to fit me into a perm spot but it didn't work out for some reason. I still keep in touch and they with me so if another opening comes up I hope to be available at that time.
