Ventajas
The job itself is interesting without being overly stressful.
Desventajas
You feel like you're constantly being watched (because you are). You're treated like a child and management is extremely unprofessional- you can't get through a day without at least 3 passive aggressive emails in your inbox. The egos of some people there interrupt their ability to manage effectively and ultimately end up making the entire department miserable. Every morning you can hear the universal sigh across the office of people coming to the realization that they unfortunately still work there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone- they suck the life out of you. You'll regularly hear people discussing how much they would rather be in prison than spend another minute there.
