Ventajas
We sell professional beauty supplies to salons, stylists and cosmetology students. We get to be around beauty professionals while doing a regular retail job. I have been employed with CosmoProf for 17 years. I started out as a part time associate, then went to full time, and now I'm a store manager. I love my job and my coworkers. They are more than friends, they are like family! I love helping our customers find the right product for their needs. Most of all our customers have become family over the years. This makes coming into your job fun and desirable. We receive all forms of education from vendors along with free product to try out. We also receive a discount for personal purchases. Our schedule is flexible.
Desventajas
There isn't really any cons. During the pandemic things have been crazy and alot of changes have been happening. But I feel like this is our new normal and the best thing to do is change and adapt to everything going on. Our company has always tried to do the right thing and what is best for us and is constantly evolving.
