Ventajas
Working at Core is a wonderful experience for me. I feel motivated to give my best every day, knowing that my contributions are valued and appreciated. Even though we don’t share a physical office, we have a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration. We also have fun together at the frequent social events that the company organises and sponsors. I can tell that the management team genuinely cares about our well-being and happiness. They provide us with flexible work arrangements, generous benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. I’m proud to be part of Core, especially after we won the prestigious CRN Award for Best Company to Work For in Summer 2023. This award recognises our excellence in culture, innovation, and customer service. Core is not just a great place to work, it’s a great place to belong.
Desventajas
Very occasionally, I feel a bit isolated and lonely when I work remotely for most of my working week. I miss the face-to-face interactions and the social aspects of working in an office. It would be nice to have more opportunities to meet and mingle with my colleagues in person. However, most of the time, I enjoy the benefits and advantages of working from home. I save time and money on commuting, I have more flexibility and autonomy over my schedule, and I can balance my work and personal life better. For me, working remotely is a great option.😊
