Ventajas
Core NA has recently made significant and positive changes resulting to profitability . While it had not been easy with people leaving voluntarily or otherwise, sales are now hitting record highs while costs remain steady and controlled. The company has become more customer-centric and output driven, with projects that are well planned and executed. Credit is due to the team, especially to Till Hollinger, former CEO, and Maushum Basu, VP Sales, who are the main drivers with turning things around. With a newly appointed CEO, Peter Tyszewicz, things are getting more exciting!
Desventajas
There is still a lot of room to improve on. A fast-growing organization such as Core must invest on a robust and sophisticated management information system.
