      Ventajas

      They always give new technology & marketing challenges and put you in the unconfortable zone. But that's where you learn the most. They make you swim against the odds and that too on your own. They believe in the value of people.

      Desventajas

      Nothing major as such. Yes, if you want to learn new stuff then you have to ready to forget time. But it pays off in long time.

      Ventajas

      Conversion Bug culture is very open and there is no limit to growth for people with great attitude and potential. Helped me to raise self-confidence & develop the insight to various challenges which i used to face in IT industry. The best part of company there is no senior / junior in company all are treated equally. 1) Various type of Technology can be learned. 2) Management always welcome ideas from employees & allow them to do research & execute same. 3) Salaries are paid on time. 4) Friendly & talented Staff.

      Everything positive here. No cons as such if u want to work in the startup
