      Ventajas

      Relaxed work atmosphere. Flexible work hours. Clean, lighted workplace. Maintains an ISO system - just fails to follow it consistently. Great place to work if you have absolutely no drive!

      Desventajas

      Pathetic payscale, nothing even close to industry standards. Far too many dinosaurs just waiting for their "retirement". Benefits package is a joke - minimal contribution on the part of Conviron. Bitter and divided workforce - Shop against Operations against Sales. There is no backbone within management to correct the situation. Management is oblivious to the required changes, and when informed of situations - deny that there is a problem. No accountability, no pride in workmanship, no leadership.

      Ventajas

      I enjoyed working with Controlled Environmental for over 35 years, they gave me the latitude to spend time in the field and in the office. In the office I designed system and then entered the field to see the system not just to completion but watch the customer use the design for their products. It's a good feeling to know what you've just designed makes the customer happy.

      Desventajas

      Although I enjoy my time with Controlled Environmental the main negative with working there is the seasonal ups and downs and so tied into research and development that you always knew when slow times were ahead.
