- great people, everyone trying to do the right thing - small enough you can still know everyone on the floor - interesting industry and problems

- challenges coordinating teams and communicating - tendency to take on too many things simultaneously and spread thigns too thin

Great people. Smart, hard-working, friendly. Casuel and laidback. Used to be a great team oriented environment.

Poor management. Poor communications. No one knows what anyone else is doing and that seems to suit management. People are leaving left and right (5 other people quit within a few weeks of me. More have left since than or been fired). They cant keep good employees anymore. No internal processes in place and managment failure to communicate on even the simplest things. No raises or bonuses paid in last two years, and hardly any promotions. Product and tech mgmt are okay. Sales is struggling. Finance, HR, and marketing are absolutely horrible and impacted negatively on everyone else.
