CEO does nothing except useless interruptions. Manager doesn't even know ABC of technology. HR policies are worst. They will cut amount from the full and final if you leave company in less than a year. After 3 months they will ask you to undergo a training and will get a bond signed to not to leave company in next 12 months, otherwise 50000 INR. As you have spent 3 months with them, you will not change your job immediately and will sign the bond, in the name of training. After that they will eat you whole by calling at midnight, calling on every weekend, and will make you work 12 hours in a day.
