Ventajas
Container research is a family owned business.They are good place to start out.They offer reimbursment for schooling it you want to enhance your ability.You get two weeks vacation after you first year of service.They now are offering an eight percent differencial for a person that is willing to work the second shift which is four o clock to twelve thirty .they reimburse you fifty dollars once a year for saftey shoes.They have a 401k plan that they offer a quarter on the dollar up to six persent of your pay after you are fully vested which I believe is after five years.
Desventajas
Container does not pay much.They frequently are behind schedule.There is a lack of communication at this place.Mistakes happen to frequently.It appears that things are not thought out in advance.There is a lot of wasted time.The raises most of us get are not even a cost of living.
