Ventajas
- amazing offices in fantastic Kings Cross new development with great facilities - some lovely people who care about their work, their clients and their colleagues - good design ethos - people are generally able to leave on time so work/life balance is better than a lot of agencies
Desventajas
- revolving door policy on recruitment with little regard for the havoc this causes - senior management team does very little managing - some toxic people who are never held to account - focus is shifting from great design to the bottom line as the new offices put a strain on finances
