He represents, for me, my time with the company. I still carry with me today much of what I learned wearing the many hats he provided access to across the company. Though demanding, he was a great partner in brainstorming new ideas, driving innovation and providing support when needed. This training provided me with the launchpad I needed to, after 5 years, move onto managing an organization with a budget of $120MM that leveraged all of the skills I learned under his direction.
