For example, manager told me to call someone 2-3 times a day and then again the following day. This is literally how you get blocked -Sales coach functions too much like a 2nd manager when they should be a side character at best. Call monitoring, business development, deal progression tips & assisting with internal procedures should be their only responsibilities. They should not have the power to approve quotes, demand thorough explanation for wishing to drop account(s), or pass out inbound leads for example.
