The owner continues to hire executives that are narcissists and would rather sink and organization than admit they are wrong or made a mistake. They threaten people who don’t do what they want. They fire or push out everyone with any knowledge. The pay disparities between males and females is absurd, but if you are male, you’ll do wonderful as a part of the boys club culture.
