Ventajas

The company is a wholly owned company, based out of Canada. It is a company that prides itself in exemplary customer service and continually invests up to 15% in research and development/product improvement. The company is transparent, as it can be, regarding KPIs, opportunities and risks. The leadership continually works to better listen to staff and respond to industry trends. Individual contributors have the opportunity to complete role gaps and grow their career...or even change direction (like to account management!). The company works to provide a work-life balance whenever possible, which is not always valued in other companies.

Desventajas

Government work has a long sales cycle, so that can be challenging for some. Our project are larger, usually 1.5-2 yrs long. This can be too long for some folks. I appreciate that our methodology has resulted in only successful implementations, so I think the quality, customer focus and attention to detail is worth the extra time!

Ventajas

Great people and genuinely approachable leadership. The culture is collaborative, and it’s easy to have direct, respectful conversations across teams and levels. Benefits and time off are reasonable and supportive of work-life balance. I liked the company enough to return for a second stint, which says a lot. There is real opportunity here to make a difference, influence outcomes, and contribute meaningfully to both clients and internal teams.

Desventajas

Like many services-focused organizations, compensation growth can be more constrained than at larger vendors or product companies, particularly during periods where margins and profitability are under pressure. That said, this is often balanced by a people-first culture, reasonable work-life balance, and leadership that generally understands employees have lives outside of work. This may matter more to those prioritizing top-of-market compensation over long-term impact, stability, and a humane working environment.
