My experience at FabHR has been extremely disappointing. The workplace is filled with unbearable politics, where favoritism dominates, and incompetent individuals are repeatedly promoted despite contributing little to no work.
Hardworking employees are constantly overlooked, and no matter how much effort you put in, growth is non-existent. The management shows no interest in employee development or career progression.
The leadership is disorganized, with poor decision-making that creates a chaotic and stressful work environment. Suggestions for improvement are ignored, and employees who genuinely strive to make a difference are left frustrated.
Salary delays, lack of recognition, and a toxic culture make FabHR one of the worst companies to work for. I strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company if they value their career, mental well-being, and professional growth.
