5yThank you for submitting your feedback. Being available and responsive to employees is a primary focus for our managers. If an employee’s manager is unreachable during a time of concern, there are many avenues available to achieve a resolution. The employee can reach out to their manager’s manager, another manager within the team, a member of HR, or a member of the leadership team. Every employee should feel supported, knowing there truly is always someone there to help.
