This is a high value boutique software firm - it's easy to think there's not a lot going on here - but there actually is. It's easy to look at the relatively chill Las Vegas office and think it's a chill, boring place... but that's not the case... you have to have your finger on the pulse of what's happening not only here, but also in San Diego, There's a lot happening behind the scenes. You have to be smart enough to figure that out. It's B2B so if you don't have that experience you have to learn quick. You've got to be accountable for your own success. Nobody is going to hold your hand while you figure it out - just figure it out. If you don't have a good level of self direction and accountability, this is not the place for you.
