Boss is an idiot with no knowledge. Anyone reading this please dont join this company. Unemployment is better then joining this company

Only good thing is you get sunday off

Its not a IT company it is a boarding school for adults. Too much workload,no leaves, in appraisal you get peanuts, you can't leave before 2years if you join else they will not give you reliving letter..if you abscond then they will send you legal notice. Full of dirty politics and discrimination to this extend that you can't even think.
