      Ventajas

      An awesome place to work if growth & continuous learning is your thing. I have learning a lot since i joined the X-team and the CEO, Kenneth is quite good motivating every one on the team to keep reaching for higher goals that will increase your own personal knowledge base and will also make you look like superhero when you go out to resolve computer issues for clients in a breeze..

      Desventajas

      If you join this company without adequate IT knowledge & skills, you may find some tasks very challenging. The jobs here are very dynamic and pop up on the fly, so you have to be good at what you do and you have just 30 days evaluation to catch up or go home. So you have to keep learning at every chance you get.

      Ventajas

      Great compensation for hard work! Very team driven and passionate team! Recognition for dedication! Amazing life tutoring and incredible life mentoring! Kenneth did an amazing job as my supervisor, I learned how to balance my work aswell as my regular day to day life, Can't thank him enough for everything he did for me while i was employed at CompuSolutionX!

      Ventajas

      The owner is a sales man. He will sell you a dream. Do not fall for it like and be disappointed when you realize that you have wasted time and gas for nothing.

      Desventajas

      The owner has no management skills or what so ever. Most of his users have little to no computer knowledge so he takes advantage of that by over charging them for software he obtained illegally, re-using licenses purchased by a different user and so forth. He thinks he knows everything. He treats his employees horribly. No one has ever worked for this company more than a year. Do not let the fake reviews fool you. Getting your paycheck from from this job is a job on its own. If you work here you are wasting your time. Like the other reviews say. STAY AWAY.
