Don't believe the negative reviews about this company. I interned here this past summer, and became a believer after working here. What I've learned is that CompuSolutionX is run like a Startup. They've got no room for laziness, people without a drive, and people who don't self-educate themselves. I love the fact that Kenneth promotes hard work and discipline. I love the daily motivational posts in the business Slack. I love the passion that he has, and I must say it's super contagious. I definitely plan on reapplying after I graduate college.

Little tolerance for sub-par habits.

An awesome place to work if growth & continuous learning is your thing. I have learning a lot since i joined the X-team and the CEO, Kenneth is quite good motivating every one on the team to keep reaching for higher goals that will increase your own personal knowledge base and will also make you look like superhero when you go out to resolve computer issues for clients in a breeze..

If you join this company without adequate IT knowledge & skills, you may find some tasks very challenging. The jobs here are very dynamic and pop up on the fly, so you have to be good at what you do and you have just 30 days evaluation to catch up or go home. So you have to keep learning at every chance you get.
