      Ventajas

      Gain experience. Depends on interviewing manager, but what I saw, easy to get hired on entry positions. First 6 month contract and if you are not too bad, you will get full time position offer. Or will be kicked out.

      Desventajas

      Them will count each second of your work time. You have to report about everything what you did today. Minute by minute. Even washroom ...

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Desventajas

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
