There is zero support if you face issues with your manager or colleagues, no escalation process that works in your favor, and no accountability for those with bad attitudes or behavioral issues. Perks and benefits are far below industry standards, making it clear that employees are not a priority, sometimes undefined scope and goals makes things difficult for individuals The work culture feels more like a family-run business where favouritism thrives, and people are rewarded for their connections rather than their work.
