So he will consider you only if you are ready to bend your head and are ready to do buttering and say yes sir yes sir to everything that he say or asks you to do and enjoy dirty politics that he plays. Another pathetic unprofessional who drives MT whose IQ level is not even close to a 1 year experience software developer but states himself as Polyglot programmer on linkedin but has zero knowledge of even 1 programming language. As he his good in buttering and playing politics of categories mentioned above he is a good for nothing PH. So unluckily if you do not belong to his strong areas which to name are (religion, caste, culture and are not pleasing him on daily basis with false praise), you will be a non-existent team member for him and levels above him. For him it doesn't matters how much hard you may work or how good you maybe, you may have the skills to design, to implement, to test, talk to clients and even to question if something is not clear or seems to be wrong. All this is gonna offend him highly because you are not ready to do buttering to him. One more useless resource this company has invested into we can call him Mr. Micromanager(A-Grade). As per him rule of delegation is not only to tell you what to do but also to tell you how to do (as he thinks its the only way it can be done), keeps asking for updates every minute, zero trust in team members and never ready to accept his mistakes. Finally,HR department is ready to point others for not responsibly acting in meetings.But not even at any point this department is able to deliver any policy on time.Even if they are not gonna roll out regarding retention bonus to employees and someone asked them why it is not being rollout. Simple answer they gave … as there is no policy so it means no retention bonus for this year. ================================================== General Cons Zero employee benefits. Salary being late every month by 4-5 days is no longer a surprise. You will end up paying Rs.6/- per tea, coffee you wish to have.
