Ventajas
Great Software and development team - Can be a one trick pony and may need to look into better relationships with HW partners. Product is easy to pitch and sell however it is being challenged for the value position with other products from VMware and Veritas - CV finds it very hard to move the dial on large scale IBM and EMC installs
Desventajas
Was a great little startup - Now too many ex EMC people involved and seem to be more interested in reports/plans vs just getting in front of the customer. VSOE is painful outside of the USA and when competitors can swap out for maintenance there has to be a fix here. Partner program to put it bluntly is non existent outside of the US Core Values dont seem to be an actual thing middle management care about
