It is great to be a part of a growing organisation and there are a lot of learnings on the job.
The team is fantastic and can help you with deliverables. Everyone is approachable including the top management, which helps in collaborating to get work done.

Nothing to add here. It's a normal sales job so just understand the expectations there.
This is a fast-paced company that cares about you and your training. Working at Commusoft means you’re always learning something new. Everyone on the team is super nice and supportive and I never had any coworker issues. I also really enjoyed the team activities outside of work. The team genuinely cares about each other and works hard. It’s awesome working at a software company like Commusoft because the software is always evolving, so there’s always something new to see.
Desventajas
If you aren’t proactive, it would be hard to succeed here. No one is going to tell you exactly what you need to do every day. It’s up to you to be proactive and work hard.
