Ventajas
I do enjoy my job, the schedule is nice (at least my real schedule), pay and benefits are good (the ones that haven't been cut) and I like everyone I work with as well as the supervisors.
Desventajas
401k matching has been cut out, our hours have been cut in half for months with no end in sight. I wouldn't know upper management of the entire board sat next to me and HR is so far off the rails it is pointless to even engage them. They're currently starving everyone out with hourly cuts to avoid a layoff that is guaranteed to happen. In that process they're losing very experienced employees and morale is tanking in the process.
