No need to speak French, great entry level job for expats, people are nice and friendly
Desventajas
Same as with other customer service jobs, you have to hear and deal with irate people all day. This can really take a toll on your mental health, particularly when some conversations take a nasty turn. Management tries to help and they try to support but there's only so much they can so with the limited resources they have. Employees get so much cases so they can only do so much with the time that they have, even though they'd want to help the customer more,
