Ventajas

*You get to work with many different insurance companies, this gives you a huge competitive advantage when quoting people *You have the opportunity to make an unlimited income *People will always need home and auto insurance

Desventajas

* This job ultimately comes down to lead generation. And with selling home and auto insurance you have to being doing a lot of volume to make decent money. *It's hard to make enough money to survive on your first few years. I don't know how you could sustain yourself unless you had a spouse who earns enough money to support you for a few years.

Everyone is treated as an individual, abilities to work remote, great pay, and wonderful company benfits. The management is supportive and offers professional opportunity to grow.

Desventajas

None - it is a fast paced environment but that's not a con.

Desventajas

This is a sales agency - agent is now allowed to keep in touch with client once they make the sale. The account is then turned over to a Service Team and client feels abandoned
