Do yourself a favour and don't join this company: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Product Engineer en Codingmart Technologies

This company is a cheat. I had to quit the company due to unforeseen circumstances and i was ready to serve the notice period of 2 months. However, when i spoke to the management about it, they said i will have to work for 4 months as a notice period instead of 2 months (this was nowhere written in the offer letter). They gave me 2 options, quit immediately or work for 4 months. When i chose the option of quitting immediately, these people EVEN BLOCKED MY PREVIOUS MONTH'S SALARY and now they're not even willing to provide me a relieving letter. I had joined this company with big hopes but I really regret it.
