This company is truly amazing. When it comes to my coworkers, they're all professionals, so we don't really have that friend dynamic, but that's okay. Let me tell you about the owners and the company itself. Both owners are absolutely awesome. They're incredibly supportive, and I've learned so much from them. They really embody professionalism, creativity in design, and excellent client communication. Let me give you an example of their supportiveness. One time, I mentioned that my system was running slow, and the next day, they upgraded it to a high configuration without hesitation. Another instance was when I was stuck on a task and messaged in the Skype group for help. Despite being busy, the owners took the time to come and personally resolve my issue. Their dedication to helping their employees succeed is truly admirable.

I am not noticing the minus points here. 😉

Work culture is good, supportive seniors.
