- I met one of the worst project managers I have ever had in my whole career. she rebukes everyone except herself and bulling and forces people verbally to spend more time than working hours and even cancel the official holidays. she made promises to clients and over-stressed the team and made it like a nightmare that will never end. everyday standup is just a moment to blame everybody and she never got stopped by higher management so you will be the only victim here. she will never be forgotten as a bad sample of people management and I will never forgive her for the rest of my life for the psychological harm she did to me and the surrounding team and even my family - OutSystems low code tool which will make you stick to it over time.
