Ventajas
Company is Good and if you give placement every month then this company is kind of Government company. But there bad things as well. Please read it in Cons box. One thing good about the company is they did not ask their employees to leave in this COVID situation . They are giving every one chance to work.
Desventajas
As far i know the company is good. They appreciate the work done by their employees. But there are some High level people who don't who doesn't know the first letter R in Recruiting and they give advice's and they think they are always correct. For your kind information let me tell you MR. you are WRONG. You don't listen to your employees and actually you don't want to understand what they wanted to say. YOU DON'T HAVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS. You might have come from a different background and joined this field. Try to understand what your employees are saying and you always act OVER SMART. So, stop doing that please. I want you to work as a recruiter for a year then you will come to what actually recruiting is rather than giving unnecessary suggestions. I bet you work as a recruiter for a year i am pretty much sure you will stop giving unnecessary suggestions. Every one is here to work and every one wants more money. But please please please understand the problems of your employees. Company always say that they have every resource but they don't. They have only 2 Dice portals, 2 Monster and 1 Zip Recruiter and these portals should be used by around 80 recruiters. This doesn't work recruiter need portals each on their own Desktop. There are many persons who came from different field and joined here with good designations. I have many other things to write. But will surely get back to you with other comments in future.
