I can't believe that I am lucky enough to work here. The CEO and COO are just great people. The entire team could not be any nicer. It truly is a team environment. There is mandatory fun scheduled every Friday where we get together on zoom and hang out. It is also really family-friendly. They understand that kids get sick or have dentist appointments or just want to be a part of the virtual company meetings. I pinch myself every day.

It is sometimes stressful to complete writing assignments because I don't have a tech background, but the developers are really great about answering questions and breaking things down for me.

Willing to hire less experienced and self-taught developers and train them up. Diversity of projects and tasks across a range of frameworks and tools. Friendly and helpful culture that supports and encourages co-workers. Reasonable PTO and vacation policies.

Could stand to develop clearer and more robust development practices and project planning strategies. Staffing could use a boost to help distribute work load more evenly. Develop processes to promote greater diversity in hiring (not an easy thing, however).
