Ventajas
Good balance between start up environment and established business: you can drive forward initiatives without a lot of processes but it's not completely unstructured. Stuff gets done.
Competent team: you get to work with smart people every day, who are also prepared to think outside of their own team's goals and help you out
Strategic product roadmap: the product has found a good niche and pace of development that means we have a lot of relevant updates for customers

Leadership improvement: the leadership environment mentioned in previous reviews seems to be a thing of the past, achievements are recognised and celebrated and people are given space to do their work
Desventajas
Decisions can change due to the start up nature, and you also need to be able to work with "limited" resources compared to in a larger company. Though this also presents opportunity to make impact
Historically were lacking some strategic direction, but leadership listened to feedback and we now have company OKRs again to help us pull in the same direction
