      Ventajas

      The Company at the time had a good team culture and the peers were fun to work with . The role also helped me developed my communication skills with clients and made me more confident to handle stressful situations.

      Desventajas

      No room for growth at the time and the work environment can sometimes be quite challenging to handle.

      Ventajas

      The people are what make this place a great place to work, for me. Everyone, from operations, to management, to technical and catering make this place great to work at. It's really refreshing having management & team that sticks up for you and accommodates for whatever difficult situations arise, especially in the hospitality sector. Vanessa Green is really pleasant to be around, haven't heard a single negative thing about her from any level of the company.

      Desventajas

      Potential to upskill is very limited, crucial in the IT sector. Day-to-day operations make it difficult for management to implement, but the lack of formalised training and documentation (especially for IT processes) make doing my job without having a more familiar tech hold my hand at every step of the way difficult. Reliable management & team structure mitigates this issue greatly, but increases upward & outward workload.
